Outlaw Rogue Raid and M+ Talents in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight 10.1

In this section, we will provide you with two possible talent trees. do not hesitate to click on the pictures to be able to enlarge.

This build being written before the official release, it is subject to potential changes.

Mythic Dungeon 10.1 Outlaw Rogue Talents:

The AoE tree and the thief's mono tree are quite a bit different. Above all, we will be looking for key talents here, such as steel dance et Precise notches. Blade Volley is an interesting asset, but can be changed if you don't like playing with it.

Outlaw Rogue Talents in Raid 10.1:

Despite our first attempt to build with Resounding Rebuke et revived ossicles, it looks like the combo shadow dance et Hidden Opportunity be much more interesting for now.

Note that if you want to play with a little more key, you can go for talents like Ambidexterity, Dancing Blades or Precise Slashes. A build that is ultimately very close to what is played in dungeons.

Outlaw Rogue Rotation in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight 10.1

The Outlaw Thief does not follow a rotation, but rather a priority list. Stocks are ranked from highest priority to the less priority.

Important note: Throughout the rotation of the Thief Outlawand Lined is active, you can use your spells spending combo points 1 combo point before the maximum points.

Outlaw Rogue Rotation in Mythic Dungeon (Multitarget):

Always spend your combo points as soon as you have the maximum.

The rotation in Mythic Dungeon is quite similar to that in raid. You will mainly want to make your rotation Single target by adding Blade Flurry.

1. Hold Debit et Deluge of blades. Debit must be maintained with maximum combo points.
2. Launch Jet of ossicles if you don't have an active upgrade ou if you have only one improvement which is neither Lined ni true bearing.
3. Use Adrenaline Rush as soon as possible with less than 2 combo points.
4. Use Between the two eyes as soon as possible, with maximum combo points.
5. Use Ambush when you have a proc Boldness.
6. Use Disappearance to generate combo points with ambuscade.
7. Use Blade Volley as soon as possible as soon as you are below 50 energy.
8. Use shadow dance as soon as possible if you have less than 3 combo points and neither Occasion ni Boldness of assets.
9. Use Cleaver to spend your combo points - always max combo points.
10. Use pistol shot as soon as the passive Occasion is active and you don't have your maximum combo points.
11. Use Sinister Attack if you don't have your maximum combo points.

Outlaw Rogue Rotation in Raid (Single Target):

Always spend your combo points as soon as you have the maximum.

1. Hold Debit. If you have to manually reapply it, max out the combo points.
2. Keep Ghostly Strike applied to the target.
3. Use Adrenaline Rush as soon as possible and if you are below 2 combo points.
4. Launch Jet of ossicles if you don't have an active upgrade ou if you have only one improvement which is neither Lined ni true bearing.
5. Use Between the two eyes as soon as possible to maximum combo points.
6. Use Killing streak as soon as possible.
7. Use Disappearance and Ambush as soon as possible to generate combo points.
8. Use shadow dance as soon as possible if you have less than 3 combo points and neither Occasion ni Boldness of assets.
9. Use Cleaver to spend your combo points - always max combo points.
10. Use pistol shot only if Occasion is active to generate combo points.
11. Use Sinister Attack to generate combo points.

Optimal Outlaw Thief Stats in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight 10.1

The statistics are to be taken in this order. Note that changes may still occur between now and the release of the raid. 

 Versatility = Critical > Mastery > Haste

Agility is always the best stat.

Outlaw Rogue Strengths and Weaknesses in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight 10.1

Le Outlaw Thief continues its momentum of Shadowlands being a great cleave option. The talent tree had several modifications during the beta but in the end, it is doing quite well, remaining one of the best specs of the thief.
